Student Activities and Interests Survey

Good morning, Carlton families!  It was so great to see so many of you at last night’s Open House!  Many thanks to those who stopped by the gym to say hello.

Just a friendly reminder that I am still collecting the Student Activities and Interests Survey for our students!  This survey is a great way for us to learn more about your student’s activities and interests out of school, and is very helpful information for me to share with their teachers as well!

I’m extending the deadline for return until next Friday, Oct. 8 in hopes that more families will have the time to return the form.  Please let me know if you have not seen one in your child’s take-home folder and I will be happy to send another home.

*Remember: The homeroom with the highest number of returned surveys will earn a prize from Mrs. Yoder!  So far, Mrs. Perlack’s homeroom is in the lead!
